Complex technique
A specialized rubber catheter for diverting urine or a silver tube (such as used by professional yogis) is inserted into the urethra. During the first procedure, the device should enter to a depth of no more than 2.5 cm. Now, through it, you need to try to draw water into the bladder. At the end of the procedure, the process of self-pouring of urine through the tube can be observed - this is normal, moreover, it indicates that everything is going as it should. Thenthe length of the inserted part of the tube increases, and the retraction of water is repeated.

Also note that when you begin to cope with fluids of various consistencies and with the help of a tube perfectly, it will be possible to draw them inside without the participation of a catheter.
Simplified method
This vajroli mudra technique is suitable for men who are afraid of the very complicated procedure described above, do not have a qualified mentor, or just want to improve their he alth a little, and not drastically recover.
