Adolf Hitler can rightfully be called one of the greatest demons of the 20th century. However, in the 21st century, his PR skills would also be appreciated at the highest level: it was thanks to the Fuhrer and his fanatical passion for the occult that the whole world learned about the oldest symbol of Buddhism - the swastika, which was depicted by the Nazis at a left rotation angle equal to 45 degrees. However, it was a negative popularization, or rather, Hitler humiliated and defiled the ancient sacred symbol of balance, for which he paid. Today, the attitude towards the swastika is contradictory, but this is due to ignorance of its sacred essence.
Ancient symbol
Swastika in Buddhism is found in many variants. However, today few people know that in the ancient Slavic culture, as well as among many peoples of the world, this symbol was the most powerful amulet.
Its derivative is the Christian cross, but long before its appearance there was a sign with lines crossed at an angle of 90 degrees, connected exactly in the center. Many mystics were aware of the Original Equal Cross, H. P. Blavatsky mentioned it in her writings.

The Equal Cross was the prototype of the swastika both in Buddhism and in many world cultures, it symbolized the equivalent transition from the rule of the Sun to the Moon on the days of the spring and autumn equinoxes. Let's start with the fact that Hitler himself did not "reach" the idea of using this symbol: he was given this idea by members of an occult society formed back in the 19th century. However, for some "higher" reasons, the symbol was changed, probably to better serve the idea of the chosenness of the German nation, all of whose representatives suddenly became "true Aryans".
The Third Reich version was left-handed, rotating counterclockwise, which, according to some sources, means that the energy descends to the other world. And in the realms of darkness, black magic, primal instincts, and ancient rituals tied to the cycles of the moon triumph.
It must be said that the actions of the special department of the Ahnenerbe, whose representatives became frequent guests of Tibetan sorcerers practicing Bon-po magic, were aimed specifically at obtaining secret knowledge. And today, like many centuries ago, the keepers of ancient rituals wear the swastika sign on their headdresses: in Buddhism, this symbol has many shades.

The ancient Slavs often used the swastika, the rotation of which is directed to the right: and this is not only spiritual growth, but also the worship of the Sun and light, as well as rituals,regenerating and renewing energy.
However, it cannot be argued that there was such a polar division in the directions of rotation of the symbol among the Slavs and Europeans. Both cycles were used. Probably one of them was dominant, and the second was auxiliary.
In Buddhist philosophy, the right side is ruled by male energy, more active and strong; and the left - feminine, mystical and influenced by the night star. And since any swastika is based on an equilateral cross, the goal in this case is to balance the energies.

Fiery symbol of life
The swastika in Buddhism means that the four-armed Agni - the god of Fire that transforms the world, transforms this world, achieving more and more perfect forms from it. In addition, this sign symbolizes life itself in all its diversity and inexhaustible prosperity. And the quintessence of all this is the sun, without which nothing can be born on earth.
Perhaps that is why the custom has survived to this day to denote any beginning of life with a solar symbol: this is especially common in the northern part of India.
Yes, and in other countries where the Buddha is worshiped, any celebration is not complete without a swastika: the meaning in Buddhism of this sign is confirmed by its images on the walls of temples, public buildings, simple houses, household items, decorations, etc.
World harmony
Whatevermodifications of the swastika, but there is a constant value at its base - this is an equilateral cross, in which the feminine symbolizes the horizontal direction, and the masculine symbolizes the vertical direction.
And the world, in need of harmony, is constantly striving for balance, and therefore both of these energies do not exist one without the other, complement each other and have equal value.

In addition to a lot of sacred knowledge, the swastika in Buddhism means that on a spiritual level, the main task of a person is precisely balance.
