In everyday life, while everything is fine with us, we do not even think about the fact that there is a world of spiritual beings, which are called angels and demons. Much is said about the latter in Holy Scripture, which is simply replete with descriptions of the effects of evil spirits on a person. This could be attributed to the medieval perception of the world by the holy fathers, but everything is not so simple. There are very few stories about angels, because they are our protectors, and it is not at all necessary to know how they help. But demons are very serious enemies, in order to be able to resist them, it is necessary to study the methods of dealing with them. Jesus Christ Himself said in a sermon that this kind is driven out only by fasting and prayer. How is a prayer from a demon read, who can help in this matter?
How did evil spirits appear?
Even before the creation of the Universe, there was an angelic world, and once the most powerful of the angels, whose name was Dennitsa, became proud and rebelled against God. For this, he was expelled from the angelic world. It was then that he formed his kingdom of darkness, absolutely opposite to the light kingdom of God in his proud and insidious plans. He began to parasitizebeing created by God. As soon as God created man, this evil spirit began to penetrate the souls of people in order to conquer and expand the territory of his possession, as well as to crowd out God's grace. And quite often he succeeded.
How does the devil get in? Demons in Man
According to Anthony the Great, people themselves are to blame for the fact that there is so much demonism in our world. Demons are incorporeal beings, but an ordinary person can become a shelter for them, accepting their temptations, will and vile thoughts. Man thus agrees with this evil. The Holy Fathers do not speak of the devil as something abstract; their stories are quite scary and frightening. They knew from their own experience the workings of these dark forces and could learn how to resist them. And here a strong prayer from a demon cannot always help.
Definition
This unkind force, constantly opposing man and aimed at turning man away from God, was called by the Companions in different ways, and it has many synonyms: Satan (Heb.) - "adversary"; devil (Greek) - "gossip and slanderer"; demon (glor.) - a derivative word from "to be afraid"; demon (Greek) - "spirit, false god"; crafty (glor.) - "deceiver and cunning"; devil (glor.) - "cut, cut off".
In fact, on this earth a person is endowed with free will by God and he chooses whose will he will fulfill - God or the devil. The Holy Fathers believed that there are two types of obsession. The first - when the demon acts as a second personality, subjugating the personality of himselfpossessed. The second is when a person's will is enslaved by sinful passions. John of Kronstadt, observing the possessed, believed that demons enter ordinary people due to their innocence, the evil spirit instills in intelligent and educated people in a slightly different form, and in this case it is much more difficult to fight it.
Fight against sins
Almost all people are overcome by passions and have a tendency to irritation, and this also means obsession. Through sins, the soul is exposed to demonic influence. The devil enters it as a pathogenic bacterium into the body and begins its negative activity. In order not to get sick and protect yourself, a person needs a strong immune system. Protection from the demon is spiritual development and orientation towards God.
You can save your soul from evil spirits by reading prayers. However, it will be beyond the power of an ordinary person, it is too arrogant and very dangerous for a spiritually unprotected person to join the fight against the dark forces of evil.
Many are interested in how a prayer from a demon sounds. It must be understood that it is strictly forbidden to conduct such rituals yourself. We must also take into account the factor that not even every priest will take up this work, and then only with the blessing of the bishop.
Faith in God
Demons in a person are cast out by prayer, fasting and, most importantly, sincere faith in God. Before this process, one must confess one's sins and take communion. A reprimand will be within the power of a monk-prayer who has not known sin and carnal pleasures. The key point here is a strict post. The soul of an unprepared person will not be able to cope with the expulsion of evil spirits on its own. Prayer from evil spirits in this case will not work in a positive way, and the result, on the contrary, can become very unexpected and deplorable.
A monk, having received instructions from the elder spiritual brethren, is endowed with supernatural strength and protection, with the help of which he can cope.
Prayer that casts out demons is called exorcist. It should be noted that 90% of people ended up in the hands of the devil because of the occult. A possessed person can unnaturally bend, scream with a violent voice, convulse, often he has such great physical strength that several people cannot cope with him. Such a reaction is often manifested at the sight of shrines, the reading of Holy Scripture and prayers. It is also interesting that the possessed, or, as they are also called among the people, hysterics, unmistakably determine a glass of holy water. If a glass of holy water is brought to them, they immediately begin to have seizures. Magic cannot be present in the exorcism process.
Prayer from the demon
There is such a prayer, which is called the detention of the actions of the devil of the elder Pansofius of Athos. This prayer is recommended to ascetics of piety for everyday reading. Blessing is not required. It begins with the words: “Merciful, Lord! You were once the mouth of a servant…”.
The answer to the question of which prayer from evil spirits helps best can be obtained from a book thatcalled "The Complete Orthodox Prayer Book for Every Need". There is a section with prayers "On driving the evil spirits away from people." All of them are read only with the blessing of the priest-confessor. These are prayers: Heavenly powers, St. Martyrs Cyprian and Justina, Psalm 67, Psalm 90, Psalm 102, Psalm 126, St. Martyr Tryphon, St. Cornelius of Pskov-Pechersk, Rev. Mary of Egypt, etc.
There is another wonderful collection of Orthodox Christian called "Prayer Shield". There, in the section "Prayers for the expulsion of demons" you can read prayers: St. John of Novgorod, Rev. Anthony the Great, Rev. Irinarkh of Rostov, Rev. Seraphim of Sarov and many more various prayers.
Prayer from evil spirits should sound from the lips of a person with a pure heart and sincere faith, then, perhaps, it will be possible to achieve the desired result and free the possessed person from the terrible soul-destroying force.
