Thus, the violation of any social rights and freedoms of citizens is theoretically considered a necessary event, therefore, it is met with understanding by the people.

For leaders of businesses and organizations, manipulating people is a daily job that goes on for a long time. If a particular company has planned drastic changes in any aspect of its activities, then the management team will have to make every effort so that employees meekly accept the changes. That is why it is worth implementing what is planned gradually, in small steps.
