How will the activity of the Sun be manifested in the near future?

The state of the environment has noticeably changed, since the end of the 19th century, humanity has regularly tested nature for strength. In search of greater comfort, people have buried the primordial purity of the Earth under the mud of technological enterprises. However, not only man is the culprit of planetary troubles. From time to time, the unnatural activity of the Sun disturbs the peace of people. Especially clearly these changes are felt by people suffering from cardiovascular diseases. At this time, cases of heart attacks and strokes are becoming more frequent.

Scientists do not stop studying the Sun, activity on its surface and the composition of the star as a whole. During this process, experts came to the conclusion that in the next eleven years, the activity of the Sun will decrease and will be abnormally weak. At the same time, some scientists are sure that the cycle of new explosions on the surface of the star may not begin. This opinion was voiced during a meeting of employees of the Department for the Study of the Sun and its activities of the American Astronomical Society.

Specialists have come to the conclusion that every eleven years the density of the star changes downward. Astronomers were able to create models of the behavior of the Sun and learnedpredict its activity.

Specialists of the American Institute have studied the movement of plasma rocks inside the star. The movement of plasma, passing from east to west, entails a distortion of the magnetic field, so spots are formed on the surface of the star, which are perfectly visible from the Earth. Scientists do not notice any changes in the composition of the plasma, but each new explosion on the Sun generates them. There is an opinion that the subsequent activity of the luminary will be rather weak and will not manifest itself, as in previous years.

If the activity of the Sun does increase, then only from 2021 to 2022. This is much later than expected. At the same time, other experts studying the surface of the star came to the conclusion that over thirteen years of observation, the intensity of explosions on the planet decreased. This was revealed as a result of studying the dynamics of development and the appearance of spots on the surface of the Sun.

The total number of active cycles is 24, while the intensity of large-scale explosions decreased only during the 23rd and 24th cycles. Therefore, there is an opinion that the weak activity of the Sun may cause the 25th cycle to not occur.

Study of the Sun is carried out by several groups of scientists. Some of them are of the opinion that the 25th cycle will still come, but with a great delay. Analyzing the outer part of the planet, the researchers made calculations of the magnetic field of the star. According to them, a new burst of solar activity should appear on its surface in the region of the 70th parallel. It is expected to move towardsequator. Thus, the magnetic field of the previous cycle will shift 85 degrees.

Not all astronomers agree with this statement, as it is now impossible to give an accurate forecast of how activity will manifest itself on the surface of the Sun. The modern analysis model does not allow making accurate calculations, because the current, 24th, cycle was expected earlier, but the predictions of scientists did not come true. It came not only later, but also turned out to be rather weak.
