• Help your surroundings so that those close to you grow with you. You should not be a proud bird that has risen up and looks scornfully atthe rest. After all, leadership is not walking on heads. So you will only gain negative emotions emanating from your colleagues and employees. Make them respect you but not be afraid. As a result, you will get a close-knit team.
• Show interest in people. By studying the habits, characteristics and character of your subordinates, you can achieve much more. With this knowledge, you will direct their skills in the right direction, using the full potential of your employees. On the plus side, you will get closer to your employees.

Essential Leadership Qualities

1. Responsibility in a broad sense. A person who calls himself a leader will never place a burden on someone else's shoulders. He will stand firm in front of any problem, asking the question: "What to do next?" instead of "Who's to blame?" And also responsibility is not to give empty promises, because reputation in this case is very important. Just don't promise what you can't keep.



2. Dedication. Leadership is, first of all, knowledge of the direction in which one should strive. Usually in the crowd no one knows who, where and why is going. A leader is a person who sets a goal, and he himself comes up with a plan to achieve it. And persistence is important at this point. Be confident in your idea.
3. Personal development. Leadership means not standing still. A person must grow spiritually, mentally and even physically. And also improve your professional skills.
4. Communication. It is impossible to do without the ability to communicate. It is necessary to speak everything to the point, considering every word. But the speech should be clear, without abstruse phrases, because some people may simply not understand you. This includes the ability to listen and hear a person, as well as to convince. The relationship between leaders is also important, the so-called leadership system, which includes a whole hierarchical structure.
5. Self-discipline. The leader has a strong will, he must be able to step over himself and his principles, if necessary to achieve the goal.
