Some people take their dreams too literally. They believe that if you killed people in a dream, then the murder will wait in real life. This is the deepest delusion. Dreams are not just the work of our subconscious, they are creative work. The first place in dreams is not logic, but a system of images inherent in the dreamer's personality. This means that any one event dreamed of by different people can have different consequences. So, for example, a pregnant woman may dream of a fish because of her condition, and the dream will mean nothing but pregnancy. The fisherman will most likely see it as a memory of a catch or an anticipation of the next one. Even more difficult are those dreams in which there is a dynamic plot. For example, someone killed people in a dream. What is it for? Only one general explanation can be given: something is very disturbing to the dreamer, an emotional outburst can await him. The dream will predict different events. You can clearly see this if you read the dream books.
What does the dream book say?
"Killed a man in a dream - despondency awaits you, the machinations of enemies and anxiety," says the Modern Dream Book. According to its compilers, such a dream promises unpleasant intrigues, gossip, damage to reputation. However, killing an enemy, on the contrary, portends joy and victory in business. But the murder of a weak, sick or innocent person dreams of depression and despondency. Melnikov's dream book has completely different information. “If you killed people in a dream,” its author believes, “then you will have very big problems due to the fact that secret or negative information will come up.” You can continue:
- if the murder is committed by strangulation, then this predicts severe mental trauma;
- if with firearms, then the dreamer is waiting for empty and useless excitement;
- but to kill a person with a knife in a dream - to destroy your enemies in reality.
Loff in his dream book does not agree with one or the other opinion. He believes that if a person talks about the fact that he killed people in a dream, then this only expresses anger against society or the immediate environment. The murder of a specific person is the murder of that part of oneself that brings the dreamer suffering in reality. Such an interpretation is closest to the opinions of modern psychologists and somnologists, who know that not all dreams are prophetic. Only a dream can be considered prophetic, the plot of which is repeated many times. A “one-time” dream most often reflects not the future, but the past. For example, if someone dreams that he is in a dreamkilled people, then there can be various reasons for this:
- quarrel at work or in the family;
- reflection of a movie or book read the day before;
- very heavy dinner etc.
Z. Freud also has an opinion on this matter. He is sure that the murder is a dream due to the fact that the time has come to interrupt the long-obsolete relationship. They are no longer worth fighting for: it will only get worse.
Believe or not believe?
As you can see, how many dream books, so many opinions. It is better not to blindly trust night dreams, but to memorize and interpret them in order to eventually compile your own personal dream book based on the characteristics of your own personality.
