To talk about the Sharia court, you need to imagine what, in fact, is the Sharia.
Historically, the life of every Muslim is completely regulated by the Sunnah and the Koran, and the works of authoritative religious figures on the rights of Muslims, or, as they are called, fiqh, are also taken into account. Thus, Sharia is a certain set of principles of morality, jurisprudence and behavior that dictate to a Muslim how one should behave in a given life situation.
Like clockwork
Sharia is a very detailed "guide" to life, it, like in a soldier's charter, spells out the rights and obligations to the smallest details and nuances, which excludes any incorrect or ambiguous interpretation. For example, in the part that regulates the diet of a Muslim, there are prohibitions on eating pig meat, dead (fallen) livestock, and other subtleties. It also contains provisions on married life, taxation, trade, the rules of fasting, and how religious rites should be observed.
Sharia rules in some moments are individual and flexible, taking into account various life situations, for example, a woman who is expecting a child is allowed not to fast in Ramadan, but to postpone it to any other month. However, there are provisions that must be implemented unquestioningly. These include faith in Allah, humility to his will, the ability to take the events of one's life (birth, illness, death, etc.) for granted, and pray in a timely manner. All provisions of the Sharia cannot be canceled by human will, as they were given by God, and only he can change them. Human customs and customs are changeable, but Sharia is the standard for all time.
Sharia Court
Thus, it is reasonable to say that the Sharia court is a court according to God's law. It has no right to be humiliating for a person, his dignity and honor. The Sharia court is headed by a qadi (judge-official). He condemns those who deliberately ignore and do not comply with Islamic laws - steal, kill, commit robbery, and so on.
In principle, state courts condemn the same acts and punish the criminals who commit them. So how is the Sharia court different from them? Read discussions of Internet publications that talk about any serious crime committed. Humane they can be called a stretch. All these arguments about the right of criminals to a humane sentence come, for the most part, from the lips of hypocrites. And touch them in real life, the opinion would be completely different. The Sharia court is a worthy replacement for the state one, since in it the ratio of the severity of the crime and the punishment for it is morebalanced. The more serious the offense, the more severe the sentence. This court does not bribe or make exceptions for defendants based on their position in society or the size of their fortunes, the punishment for the same action for the carpenter and the president will also be the same.
Despite what the press says, very few serious crimes are committed in real life in Afghanistan or Palestine, because everyone knows for sure that retribution will overtake him and will be fair, but harsh. The court is the authority of the state, and the Sharia court is the authority of God and people living according to the laws given by the creator.
