Any Eastern religion (or, if you like, a mystical practice) cannot do without meditation - a special state of the body when a person who has fallen into a trance is as close as possible to the Divine Beginning. According to experts, it is at such moments that it is possible not only to achieve the highest point of meditation - Nirvana, but also to reveal any of one's potentials. Whether it's creativity, attractiveness, intelligence or whatever. But, as in the case of surgery, when students master anatomy before learning treatment directly, meditation is impossible without such a thing as chakras, the location of which every beginner needs to know.

First of all, you need to know what it is. Chakras are special energy centers that are, as it were, a reflection of the Supreme Deity.

The location of the chakras on the human body is compared with the location of the major nerve centers of the human body. Considering that such statements were made thousands of years ago, one involuntarily wonders about the source of such knowledge. Moreover, in all cases, the location of the chakrassuperimposed on centers with anatomical precision.

In addition, each zone has its own specific color. And the location of the chakras does not affect him in any way. As, for example, Anahata Maha - the Heart Chakra, located in the region of the heart and responsible for sensual communication between people, has a pulsating golden color. The only thing that affects the location of the chakras is the strength and direction of the vortices they create. Moreover, the strength of the vortices and the number of petals increases from the top of the head to the coccyx.

All this knowledge about the shape of the vortices and the colors of the energy centers was obtained with the help of clairvoyants. But do not immediately give in to skepticism and experience unexpected disappointment. Several decades ago, scientific experiments were carried out related to the bioenergetics of the human body. A method was found that made it possible to photograph the energy emanating from a person in all its manifestations. But how does knowing the location of the chakras help the practitioner? This is not only the necessary information about the spiritual structure of the body, but also the "route" along which the spirit moves towards Perfection. One of the most common and effective meditation methods is based on the visualization of each chakra separately. It looks something like thisway: a person relaxes and begins to "drive" his spirit through all the colors and whirlwinds, starting from the coccyx. Receiving the necessary "acceleration" (the strength of the vortex in the End Chakra is the largest), the soul, like a rocket, flies out of the body and goes to the Absolute, where it meets with the Higher Forces.

Believing all this or not is a rhetorical question. On the one hand, anatomists dissecting the human body did not notice any whirlwinds or color changes, and on the other hand, meditation and such "mystical" body anatomy are widely used in psychological sessions and are almost always beneficial. One way or another, there is definitely some truth in such knowledge.
