First - he must honestly admit to himself his guilt for the misfortune that happened to him or to a creature dear to him. The second is that he must tell himself that he is deservedly punished, and that the punishment came to him from God. Everything. It's not easy. This is a very serious work of spirit and soul. This is a restructuring of consciousness, switching oneself to a new mentality.

Content and meaning of prayers
