The concept of "aura" is widely known, but not always clear to everyone. Many are quite skeptical about this concept, while others, on the contrary, show excessive curiosity and do their best to find out how to see the aura.
What is she? The body of any living being on the planet consists of 7 thin bodies that envelop it like a cocoon, they are collectively called the aura. Also quite often the aura is called the energy field, which reflects the subtle energies of our body. And factors such as well-being, mood, emotions experienced, affect how a person's aura looks. Its colors determine, collectively and individually, the chakras.
Seeing it is not always possible with the naked eye, and for those who want to understand how to see the aura, you should first study some practices, they will help to do this.
To learn to see and distinguish the colors of the aura, you should start with this exercise. To complete it, you will need a sheet of colored cardboard, a white sheet of paper about 60 cm by 1 m in size, and a dimmed lamp located on top. Through this exercise, you can develop a specialsensitivity to the perception of color images, due to which the vision of the aura will be possible.
A sheet of white paper is placed on the floor under the lamp, with colored cardboard on top in the center. Continuously and without blinking, you should look at the center of a sheet of colored cardboard, after about half a minute it should be quickly removed, while continuing to look at the same place. In the case of a successful experiment, for a fraction of a second, where the cardboard lay, you should see a transparent afterimage, but of a different color. By practicing a few times, one can easily develop sensitivity to seeing such colored images.
For further experimentation to understand how to see the aura, you will need the help of a partner. Both you and him should wear white clothes that will not distract you. The partner should stand against a white wall, taking a colored sheet of paper, which should be held 2.5 cm from the face under the nose. Having adjusted the lamp to full power, you should illuminate your partner. After that, you need to step back a little, and for 30 seconds, as in the previous experiment, you should look at the center of the colored sheet. After the partner must sharply remove the sheet, and you continue to look at the same place. If performed correctly, you should see a colored glowing image.
Subsequently, you can change the position of the colored sheet, placing it behind the partner's shoulders or head, at a distance of 30 to 60 cm from him. When you get used to it, you can start experimenting already without a sheet, turning down the brightness of the lamp, carefully look at your partner. Earlyor later, its silhouette should darken, and instead you should see what you want, and you will no longer have the question of how to see the aura. The colors will change, and these will be authentic images, not additional ones, as in the first experiments.
Depending on the mood or well-being of a person, the aura will look different. If he is angry, then the color of his aura will be filled with a dirty red tint. On the contrary, if he is filled with positive impressions, thinks of a person dear to him, the color of the aura will acquire pink tones.
With effort, you can achieve significant success in seeing the aura, and in order for this not to interfere in everyday life, over time you must learn to turn this skill on or off at will.
