It's no secret that all people are different both in appearance and in character. And if everything is more or less clear with appearance, then not everyone knows what causes the difference in the behavior of people in the same situations. There are, of course, a huge number of reasons for this, but I would like to draw your attention to such a factor as temperament, which divides people into the following types: sanguine, choleric, melancholic and phlegmatic.
It should be noted that it is very rare to find a person with the presence of a single type of temperament, however, each person has a predominant one, which forces him to behave one way or another.
However, each of them is characterized by its own advantages and disadvantages. According to studies, people with a sanguine type of temperament are most common.
Sanguine is a mobile type, characterized by strong and balancedbetween excitatory and inhibitory processes. It is noteworthy that these processes easily replace each other. In other words, we can say that a sanguine person is a person who quickly and clearly reacts to what is happening, giving out a huge amount of impressions and emotions that always manifest themselves in behavior. Thanks to the easy and quick change of interests, attitudes, emotions and feelings, sanguine people are resistant to difficulties and have a high level of adaptability. But, on the other hand, a sanguine person is a person whose behavior and views are very difficult to foresee, because today he likes one thing, and tomorrow another, today he is delighted with one person, and tomorrow with another.
Emotionality, adaptability, sociability, activity are the features that distinguish a sanguine person. The types of temperaments that are combined in a person along with the sanguine also have a significant influence on his behavior, but still a large role belongs to the main type. Sanguine people are very productive in activities and sociable, but only if there are a lot of interesting activities, otherwise they become lethargic and boring.
Parents raising a child with a predominantly sanguine type of temperament should take into account that often behind a cheerful and friendly tone of a teenager his inner feelings and problems can be hidden. The behavior of such children must be carefully observed, if possible, they should be entrusted with important tasks, praised in case of successful completion of the task, but not overpraised.
A sanguine is a person who doesn't want to go with the flow. In the event of any problems, he reacts quite actively, deliberately defends his position and tries to normalize the situation. People with this type of temperament are distinguished by optimism and a constant desire to do something interesting for them. Don't count too much on sanguine promises, as their priorities change very often. They easily experience failures, they are not conflicted, although if they are constantly infringed in a certain area, then sooner or later they will show their discontent.
