4. Multiply by 2 the first digit from the date of birth: 12=2.
5. From the 1st additional number we subtract the resulting deuce: 37-2=35 (got the 3rd additional number).
6. The sum of the digits of the 3rd additional number will be equal to the 4th additional number: 3+5=8.
7. As a result, we have the following picture: 1989-10-09 / 10/37/35.8

All the numbers obtained as a result of simple calculations, as well as from the date of birth, must be entered into the matrix, grouping them from 1 to 9. The Pythagorean matrix should take the form of a completed table.
