• application of methods of psychological manipulation of human consciousness;
• demeaning the dignity of other ministries, pointing out the advantages of their own;
• focusing people's attention on their personality and organization;
• promising God's blessings to individuals who donate large sums to the ministry.

Response to the Ukrainian Interchurch Council

In his statement, Pastor Vladimir Muntyan noted that the meetings are held at the highest level, without incident, many people are "born again" and receive healing.

He stated that his ministry follows biblical principles and it is not clear why he is being persecuted. V. Muntean suggested that the Council pay more attention to the existence of fortune-tellers and witches who appear on TV screens; the presence and growth in Ukraine of the number of Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons. He apologized for the mistakes he had made and urged him to keep his heart from condemnation.
