Such a person is called a pedant. Where did this concept come from and what makes a person behave this way?

Women-pedants are especially fond of cleanliness, expressed in excessive repeated cleaning. From the outside, it may even seem that such women live to serve as furniture, and not vice versa.

The desire inherent in such people to live by rules and clear plans, to subordinate others to their own laws, leads to the fact that their circle of friends is very narrow and consists of those people who agree to put up with such behavior. A pedantic person is non-confrontational and is unlikely to change, because if he has already chosen a companion, he remains faithful to him, since the choice is made carefully and deliberately.
