In this regard, it would be at least wrong to ignore such a person, the greatest luminary of Russian science, as Mikhail Vinogradov, because his personality will be of interest not only to professionals, but even to a simple layman who has nothing to do with medicine or science.

Mikhail Vinogradov is a native Muscovite, and in the third generation. He was born in a house located on Petrovka, where his own grandfather lived. The year of birth of the pundit is 1938. While still in high school, the young man was already working with might and main as a freelance pen master in the famous newspaper Moskovsky Komsomolets. Moreover, he was a fairly successful correspondent.

Education

Mikhail Vinogradov received a diploma from the First Moscow Medical Institute. At the beginning of his studies, a talented student became very interested in surgery. However, when, by coincidence, he entered the department of psychiatry, he literally fell ill with it and completely immersed himself in its study, paying special attention to the technique of hypnosis. By the way, it was there that he met the outstanding personalities of that time - Kuleshova Rosa and Davitashvili Juna. In the same period of time, the young doctor begins to experiment with people with hypersensitivity. The purpose of these experiments was to determine how such people can perceive hypnotic influences without experiencing auditory or eye contact.

Dissertations

Mikhail Vinogradov is a psychiatrist with a wide range of scientific interests. In addition to extrasensory perception, he also analyzed human behavior in various extreme situations, which eventually became his main topic for his Ph. D. thesis.

Vinogradov received his Ph. D. degree thanks to a detailed study of the problem of “deformation of the psychological plan of MIA officers”. At the same time, he conducted observations and collected information that could help analyze the activities of psychics in order to involve them in work in paramilitarystructures.

Major career achievements

Mikhail Vinogradov, whose biography is very extraordinary, back in 1999 became the founder and head of the Center for Psychological and Legal Assistance in Extreme Situations.

In 2000, as a scientist, he began his work on creating a portrait (visual and psychological) and algorithms for the illegal actions of maniacs based on the nature of the crimes they committed.

Vinogradov is regularly involved in the work of the Public Chamber, created under the President of the Russian Federation. Also in the field of activity of the famous psychiatrist, joint and very close interaction with the Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Public Council of the FSB.

In 2009, Mikhail Viktorovich became the initiator of the creation, and a little later the main leader of a partnership called the League of Psychics of Russia, which is not commercial.

For a long time he personally supervised the process of careful selection of personnel for the special services, supervised the work of the military psychiatric examination of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Community activities

Vinogradov these days is quite actively working with a social movement called "Democratic Legal Russia". He also repeatedly took part in the activities of an integrated team specializing in helping victims in disaster areas after earthquakes in Armenia, Iran and other countries of our planet. The institution works together with both private individuals and law enforcement agencies, assisting in every possible way in the search for dangerous maniacs and other serial criminals. This center conducts the most extensive research on extrasensory perception. For this, specially developed author's methods and tests are used, as well as a narrowly focused electrophysiological analysis.

Employees of the center actively participate in symposiums, conferences and other scientific events and gatherings that are directly related to psychology, astrology, healing and extrasensory phenomena.

Vinogradov is actively cooperating with the media. He is an expert in the newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda", writes in a column of the most authoritative publication "RBC daily". Quite often, a well-known physician also speaks on the radio, answering all the questions of the audience on the air.

Mikhail Viktorovich can also be seen on domestic television. He was a participant in the program on the NTV channel "Independent Investigation". He was an invited expert in the "Battle of Psychics" project, where he closely followed the participants and all their actions.
